What we do
Every project has its unique set of requirements and every space has its emotions that attributes to its uniqueness and bespoke approach to each project. We understand that it is not only about the service we provide, but also about our ability to add value to the project.
In order to provide a highly personalised and adaptable service, an integrated end-to-end service requires the coordination of talent and resources. As a result, the team works closely with each customer, establishing long-term relationships and frequently working on multiple projects with the same customer.

Selecting Kotak Design as a partner does not require your project to be bound by a specific geography, size or design aesthetic.
The galleries feature a selection of our completed works; from classical Oxfordshire houses set in the English countryside, to Mediterranean villas, chic apartments and contemporary mews houses in the heart of prime central London.
